Join the City of Worcester’s Cultural Development Office for a virtual poetry open mic on Wednesday, December 16th from 7-8 pm hosted by Worcester Poet Laureate Juan Matos and Worcester Youth Poet Laureate Amina Mohammed, featuring poet Jean Dany Joachim in addition to local poets.
Poets, authors, and musicians are invited to share original works on the theme of “Tradition and Transformation,” including experiences of seasonal celebration, heritage, and individual or social change. Participants are welcome to share their works in more than one language!
